Flight For Life Colorado License Plates

Join us to support Flight For Life Colorado with your licence plates. With the purchase of the new license plates, you support the ongoing work of the first civilian air ambulance program in the United States. Since its first lift-off in 1972, Flight For Life Colorado has transported 110,000 seriously ill or injured patients to medical care. Anybody can purchase these license plates with a minimum $25 donation to Flight For Life Colorado and the specialty plate fee.
