The St. Anthony Health Foundation Board has approved ten funding requests for Fiscal Year 2012-13

Arrupe Work-Study Program: Provides work experience opportunities for 4 underserved students at Arrupe Jesuit High School to prepare them for college and careers.

Flight For Life Colorado: Funding for capital equipment, security fencing and lighting for the new Durango Base, salary support for the flight chaplain, and continuing education for medical crewmembers.

HealthSET: To provide wellness and case-management services to low-income seniors in high-rise facilities in Denver, Westminster and Arvada.

Integrative Healing Services Art Therapy: To implement an art therapy program for St. Anthony Hospital patients, to expand current IHS programming in music therapy, therapeutic massages, aromatherapy, self-care.

Lodging and Support Services: Support for lodging at TownePlace Suites by Marriott, to out-of-town families of hospitalized patients.

Pastoral Nurse Influenza Vaccine Program: To vaccinate 4,000 low-income children, adults, and elderly individuals in Lakewood and metro Denver area.

Pediatric SimBaby2: To purchase a SimBaby for PreHospital Services' continuing education of first responders at up to 50 EMS, Fire, Police agencies in Colorado.

Reducing Readmissions: To expand patient coaching at St. Anthony Hospital, which has shown positive results in reducing readmissions and will assist the hospital in meeting goals of Health Reform.

SANE Program: To pay for continuing education for SANE nurses who serve St. Anthony Hospital, St. Anthony North Hospital, and Porter Adventist Hospital.

Donor Wall and History Wall for St. Anthony Hospital: For design and installation of Donor Wall to recognize donors to the Campaign for the new St. Anthony Hospital, along with a History Wall to recognize SAH history and legacy of founding Sisters and the hospital's first 119 years.
